Returns & Refunds Policy

 

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

 

Original Artwork

 

Original artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.

 

To qualify for a return:

• The artwork must be returned in the same condition as when received

• It must be carefully and securely packaged for return shipment

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable

If the artwork is damaged during return shipping, a refund cannot be issued.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your artwork arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the damage and packaging. In these cases, I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Commissions & Custom Work

 

Commissioned or custom artworks are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

 

Refunds

 

Once a returned artwork has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
